“Sing! Shout! Jump!” will have multiple 6-lesson units released over time. These 6-week units are perfect to use as filler between longer series, or individual lessons can be used on their own as lessons don’t really build on each other.
In this first series of “Sing! Shout! Jump!” kids will be introduced to the book of Psalms and look at the first six Psalms.
“Sing! Shout! Jump!” is based on a popular series on ministry-to-children.com, with multiple additions and improvements. In this version, you’ll find memory verses with learning activities, suggested worship songs, more discussion/ commentary on the Psalm being taught, application activities, memory verse posters, and printables, including weekly worksheets and coloring pages that can be bound together to form a workbook.
kids need to learn how to worship god because it is important for them to develop a relationship with him. When they worship God, they are acknowledging his power and majesty and express their love and devotion to him. Additionally, through worshiping God, kids learn to submitting to his will and resign themselves to following his commands. Ultimately, by learning how cope withlossesand life's trials through regular praise and prayer.. In an increasingly difficult world, a young person who worships God will have an immense advantage.
One of the most important things that kids need to learn is how to worship God. Worship is how we show our love and appreciation for who He is and what He has done for us. It is also a way of magnifying His greatness and exalting Him above everything else in our lives.
When we worship God, we are entering into His presence and allowing Him to fill us with His peace and joy. It is a time when we can forget about our problems and focus on praising Him. Worship also helps to build our faith as we stand Firm on His promises declaring them over our lives.
Kids need to learn how to worship God because it is essential for their spiritual growth. As
Different families will have different approaches to how they teach their kids about praiising and worshiping Jesus. However, here are a few tips that may be helpful:
First, it's important to model praise and worship for your kids. If you're regularly attending church and participating in worship yourself, your kids will be more likely to follow suit. You can also try singing praise songs together as a family or watching Christian music videos online.
Second, explain to your kids why we praise and worship God. Help them understand that when we praise and worship Jesus, we're thanking Him for His love and mercy and proclaiming Him as Lord of our lives.
So, how do we make sure that toddlers are learning about God while they're also learning all about the world around them?
Believe it or not, you do it by putting their energy to good use. You use that energy to teach them through motions, songs, games, and movement.

Believe it or not, you do it by putting their energy to good use. You use that energy to teach them through motions, songs, games, and movement.
You'll find materials that do all that in the all-new "Ultimate Toddler Bundle." The Ultimate Toddler Bundle is everything you need for your toddler Sunday School class, or to teach your little ones at home. If you have children age 1-3 in your children's ministry, this is the only resource you'll ever need. With over 170 pages of toddler teaching resources, everything you need is in this bundle.
As you work toward the goal of teaching toddlers the truth of the gospel, here are a few ideas for pointing Toddlers to Jesus that you can keep in mind.
And, another tip is to make sure your bookshelves are stocked with books that say the same things that you are. Toddler are naturally curious and when they pull a book off a shelf and you can tell them that it's about God, they'll start to make connections between the books, your words and the learning activities you are doing. Here are some of my (and my son's) favorite books right now.

We live in unprecedented times, full of all kinds of emotions. There's anxiety, confusion, sadness, anger, fear and so much more. It's in the midst of all of this fear, that the new curriculum "Faith over Fear" comes in. “Faith Over Fear” is a 5-week Sunday School series designed to point your kids to God as their hope and refuge.
]]>As teachers and parents, we feel these emotions, but we often forget that our kids are dealing with the same feelings. Now, more than ever, we need to be prepared to point children to Christ as the answer in all of these situations. We need tools to help us show children (and ourselves), that God is bigger than all of our fear!
Fear is common in children, even in the best of times. Right now, my 10-month-old is struggling with separation anxiety and he cries every time Daddy leaves for work. In his little heart, he doesn't know if Daddy will be back. He fears he'll never see Daddy again.
And, add to all of these common fears the situation in the world today. Then, there are other common childhood fears. Fears of the dark, being left alone, monsters, storms, etc.
In 2020, children are faced with fears that in many ways are taking away their childhood. Children today are afraid that they or someone they love will get sick and even die. They are afraid that they may not get to play with their friends again, or go back to school, or go back to church. They may be afraid something bad will happen because of their skin color. Or maybe they're afraid that they'll get in trouble because they can't keep their mask on at school all day.
As Christians, we know that fear is real, but thankfully we also know the One who has overcome all fear. We also have the best possible resource on overcoming fear through faith in Christ... God's Word. Think through the Old Testament for a minute. Think about the very real fears the men and women of the Old Testament faced.
This is the God we need to point our children to in the midst of fear!
And, the Bible is packed with verses to combat fear. Here are just a few to encourage your heart and help you encourage the hearts of the children you love.
It's in the midst of all of this fear, that the new curriculum "Faith over Fear" comes in. “Faith Over Fear” is a 5-week Sunday School series designed to point your kids to God as their hope and refuge. In these 5 lessons, students will be introduced to the concept of faith through the stories of some of the heroes of faith that we read about in Hebrews 11.

In-Person & Virtual Options:
These lessons are designed to be used in a Sunday school setting and are perfect for the back to school season this year. But we know that gathering back together may look different this year if it happens at all. So, these lessons are fully editable and customizable to meet the needs of your church.
Here is what one church is planning to do -
They will have teachers from the church record a 20-30 minute video each week, teaching through the large group materials and briefly introducing the family activities. Then, they will edit the lesson materials and send them to their families along with the video. Their plan is to take the take-home page and add in activities and discussion points from the younger kid small group lesson to provide families with 5 days worth of family devotional materials. They are also considering having a weekly zoom call where kids can see each other and briefly discuss what they have been learning.
If you choose to use these materials in a virtual setting, please let us know your plans so that we can encourage other churches.
We're so excited to be able to share these materials with you, but we also know that we're not the only good resources available out there. So, if you're looking to stock your church library, or want to recommend resources to your families, here are some good resources on fear/ sadness and suffering
