Refund Policy / Return Policy

Our promise: if you don't love your purchase, we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This guarantee is good for 12 months (365 days) from your purchase date.

Everything we sell is a digital download, so there's nothing to ship back and nothing to return. No return labels, no restocking fees, no forms. Just ask.

How to request a refund

  • Email support@sundayschool.store — or use the contact form at the bottom of this page.
  • Include your order number or the email address you used at checkout.
  • That's it. We honor every refund request and return the full price to your original payment method. We process requests immediately; please allow up to 5 days for the credit to appear on your card or bank statement.

Late or missing refund? If the credit hasn't appeared after 5 days, check your statement again and contact your card company — posting times vary. Still missing? Email us and we'll chase it down.

Before you refund — we can probably fix it

A refund is always yours for the asking. But if you'd rather keep the curriculum, most problems take us minutes to fix:

  • Download trouble or a lost link? Email us and we'll send your files directly — even if you bought years ago. Your purchase doesn't expire, and neither does our help.
  • Can't open a ZIP file? Common on phones and tablets. We'll send the files unzipped or walk you through it.
  • New computer, lost files? We'll re-send everything. No time limit.
  • Not sure it fits your classroom? Ask — before you buy or before you refund, we'll share full lessons so you can see exactly what you're getting.
  • Bought the wrong item, or ordered twice? We'll refund or swap it, whichever helps.
  • Older purchase, updated files? When we update a curriculum, we're glad to send you the current version.

Why our policy works this way

Many of the teachers we serve buy curriculum out of their own pockets, and ministry budgets are tight everywhere. You should never feel stuck with material that isn't right for your kids. If it doesn't fit, get your money back and keep looking — we'd rather you find what your classroom needs.
