How does the store code work? After purchase, your welcome guide gives you your church's All-Access code. Use it at checkout with your purchase email on any included product — your total goes to $0. It works on everything currently in the store and everything we add in the future.

What about new curriculum you release later? Included. Automatically. When we publish a new series, just find it in the store and use your code. No extra charge, no renewal, no action needed on your part. You can even preview what's next on our Coming Soon shelf.

I already bought a bundle this year. Can I still get credit? Yes. If you bought a bundle in the last 90 days, the full amount you paid comes off your pass — email your order number to support@sundayschool.store before you upgrade. Bought something further back? Write us anyway. We never want you to feel penalized for buying early.

What happens when I hand the ministry off to someone else? The pass stays with your church. Access is tied to the email address used at purchase — your whole team can check out with it — and one message to support adds the new coordinator's address, free, without disturbing the original. Your church's Google Drive library keeps working too. (Tip: many churches buy under a church email address from day one.)

Can my whole team use this? Yes. Your pass covers one church or ministry location, including every volunteer and classroom at that site. Share the lesson files with your team — that's what they're for.

Our office bought it but I check out under my own email. Can you add my address? Yes — free, and as many as your team needs. Your code works with the email address that purchased the pass, so a different address won't be recognized at checkout. Email support@sundayschool.store and tell us which address to add; we turn it on by hand, usually the same day. Your original address keeps working — nothing moves and nothing is replaced.
