King James Version edition. The Scripture in these lessons, the memory verse and the memory verse poster are all from the King James Version. Print-ready PDFs (no editable Word files).

Your Sunday, solved. Everything you need comes in one download. Open the lesson, read the script, and you're ready in minutes, not hours. Stage directions and supply lists included, so even a first-time volunteer can lead with confidence.

A four-week Sunday school curriculum for kids, in the King James Version, about how God restores what is broken. Sunday school lessons from four Bible repair jobs, each pointing to Jesus, who makes broken people new. Nehemiah finishes Jerusalem's wall in fifty-two days. Rahab trusts God and gets a brand-new future. Joseph forgives his brothers, and the family comes home. Paul writes a letter for Onesimus, a runaway with a debt he can't pay. In every story God does the restoring. Two editions, written separately: Kids (ages 6 to 12) and Preschool (ages 3 to 5). Both rooms learn the same Bible story each week, each told for its age. Each edition is its own download. Teaching both rooms? The All-Access Pass includes both.

The 4 weeks

💡 Big Idea: Jesus makes broken people new.

📖 Memory Verse: "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds." (Psalm 147:3) KJV

✝️ Gospel Connection: Four repair jobs, four things people had given up on: a city wall in ruins, a woman everyone had written off, a family torn apart by jealousy, a runaway with a debt he couldn't pay. In every one, God does the restoring, and every one points to the biggest repair job in history. Jesus entered a world sin had wrecked, carried our sin to the cross, and rose to make people new. Nothing is too broken for God, and the door to His family is open to every child.

📜 Bible translation: Scripture in the lessons is from the King James Version (KJV).

Both editions teach these four stories. The Preschool edition tells each one more simply.

Week 1: God restores what seems impossible (Nehemiah Finishes the Wall, Nehemiah 6)
  • Bible Story: The Wall Finished in Fifty-Two Days (Nehemiah 6:1–16)
  • Key Discovery: God gives strength for the work He assigns, and even Nehemiah's enemies knew the wall was God's doing.
  • Takeaway: When the job looks impossible, I can keep going and trust God to finish it.
Week 2: God gives a brand-new future (Rahab and the Spies, Joshua 2)
  • Bible Story: Rahab Hides the Spies (Joshua 2:1–24)
  • Key Discovery: God saved Rahab through her trust in His promise, not her record, and wrote her into Jesus' own family.
  • Takeaway: I can trust God with my future, no matter my past.
Week 3: God is bigger than what broke us (Joseph Forgives His Brothers, Genesis 45)
  • Bible Story: Joseph Forgives His Brothers and the Family Comes Home (Genesis 45:1–46:30)
  • Key Discovery: God was at work the whole time Joseph's family was broken, and He is bigger than whatever broke ours.
  • Takeaway: When I'm hurt, I can tell a safe grown-up, and God can help me forgive.
Week 4: Jesus pays what we owe and makes us family (Paul's Letter for Onesimus, Philemon)
  • Bible Story: Paul's Letter for Onesimus (Philemon 1:1–25)
  • Key Discovery: Paul offered to pay what Onesimus owed, and Jesus paid what we owe so God receives us as family.
  • Takeaway: Jesus paid what I owe, so I can say thank You and live changed.
