Harvest Hoopla

There's a LOT I like about your Sunday School Curriculum for kids.
I downloaded the free "Harvest Hoopla" and have gone through the whole lesson.
I love the coloring picture and the Bible Word search, with the answer sheet. That is NICE! Very helpful because I can hand it out OR put it up on the PowerPoint and have the children come up and find the words. They love that!

I use PowerPoint to teach my kids so I can keep things moving as they can't sit still like they used to. It would be VERY helpful if a PowerPoint was created with 5-8 questions so I don't have to take the time to make them. Just asking the questions doesn't keep their attention. I put sound effects in my PowerPoint questions, but it takes me more time.

It would also be helpful if a Memory Verse page was created in NIV and NLT. I order sometimes from another ministry, and they do that and it's very helpful. They offer the verse in an 8x10 and then on a page 4-up for printing to hand out to students. I copy the memory verse to my PowerPoint also and make it a game.
I also make a concentration game on the computer with pictures that correlate with the lesson. Sometimes we have time for it, sometimes we don't.

I find that the attention span has really decreased over the years as so many are entertained by electronics, so I try and use PowerPoint to keep their attention.

I just ordered the 52-Week Curriculum for 2024-2025 and will have to modify it as I use the material on Wednesday night, instead of Sunday morning, so that throws some of the Holidays off and I have to re-figure and add or remove a lesson.
Because of the age differences in my class, some of the lessons, I either have to make into two lessons or skip through some of it, which I hate to do because there's such good material!!!
I love your material, and I know you can't fill every need. I love the Titles and the lessons. I just get frustrated at times when so many parents are not involved with the children anymore, and they are so hooked on tablets.
