This journal will help children see things all around you to be thankful for and will remind you that God is the one who deserves all of our praise and thanks through 31 days of thanksgiving prompts.

Many of the journal pages start with Bible verses telling us to give thanks, or giving us a suggestion of what we should thank God for. On some pages there are questions about the verse or blanks to fill in key words from the verse. These verses are all from the ESV version of the Bible and are here to help you focus your thanksgiving on God. About half of the pages walk you through a simple series of questions; name 3 things you're thankful for today, what was the best thing today, what made you happy today and what you learned today. These pages then give you space to draw something you're thankful for.

The remaining pages each have different thanksgiving prompts; writing a prayer of thanksgiving, listing people you're thankful for, thanking of things about yourself you're thankful for, etc.

ABOUT BETHANY DARWIN 

AUTHOR’S BIO: Bethany Darwin spent 20 years working full-time in children’s ministry before recently coming home to raise her son. During her years in children’s ministry, Bethany discovered gaps in the available curriculum and often struggled to find a curriculum that worked in her church setting.
