“Influencers” are the new heroes in our culture. Kids dream of being popular on social media or even becoming a professional YouTube creator or star on TikTok. This series teaches children how to be a godly influence in real life by following God’s Word. Each lesson profiles a character in the Bible and shows how they influenced others by living out their faith. Children will be challenged to follow Jesus and let his light shine out to influence others.

This is lesson #1 in the series. Download it as a free sample to evaluate the full 4-week curriculum. Click here to purchase the complete series.

Lesson #1: Be Intentional

I found this to be very relevant to the older children they could relate to the social media references. A few of the younger and less privileged children were less animated. 7-13 not all are on social media but they understood the idea of being influenced and differences between good and bad influences.

    Be an Influencer

i like the concepts that are infroduced. There are things that they can do right now. I'm not sure of the appeal for high school students. The words chosen for the topics - influencer, selfless, inspirational have little youth appeal; they don't know the meaning neither are they words that they use.
None of the influencers were women. You give definition to them, but someI change or added other words i.e. Be an Influencer ...a leader approved by God, Be Intentional...Be Real, Be Selfless ...Be Loyal, Beinspirational...Be Loving! We will add a woman as an influencer. We will a revised of this lesson Sunday and will get the full download if approved by the teachers. I think the students will enjoy learning and their participation in the first lesson.
